Real Fantasy - Tea / Elderflower / Red Berries / Black Pepper - Ambijus

Ambijus imagines here an alcohol-free red with the allure of a grand cru from the North. Real Fantasy brings together kombucha, wild berries, toasted oak and black pepper, in a taut balance between tannic strength and aromatic richness. Each ingredient is fermented separately, the better to reveal its voice. The result: a vibrant, full-bodied, complex drink that pairs perfectly with a cut of meat, slow-cooked dishes or a mature cheese.

Each ingredient is fermented separately (kombucha, berries, wood, spices), then blended cold. Less than 0.5% alcohol, unpasteurised to preserve the aromas.
