Long description

Clearly Confused loves to blur the lines. Fermented from Hardanger apples, this alcohol-free drink draws on the roots and needles of the Far North: fir, elderflower, angelica, toasted wood, cinchona bark. The whole thing sparkles with a dry, vegetal vivacity and a fine woody bitterness. Ambijus delivers here a free-spirited, hazy and full-flavoured alternative – ideal as an aperitif, or to liven up a rustic, earthy cuisine.
