Divine Tulip
The Divine Tulipe is the quiet boldness of an aperitif that refuses to choose between elegance and pleasure. The juniper berries of the alcohol-free gin meet the floral sweetness of the tulip, awakened by the fine bubbles of a dealcoholised sauvignon blanc. Zero alcohol, but a very serious complexity. Ingredients
- 2 cl of tulip syrup
- 4 cl of Gin Sober Spirits
- Lengthen with the Divin Sauvignon Blanc well chilled (10 cl)
Preparation
Pour all the ingredients directly into a large wine glass or equivalent (35 cl), add a lemon zest and a few ice cubes, stir gently with a spoon and garnish with a few berries or as you like.
