Founded in Dublin in 2016 by Alan and Alex, Whiplash is an independent Irish brewery that has quickly become a must-visit. This project, born from a weekend passion, has grown into a leading European brewery, winning numerous awards, including Honest Brew. Whiplash distinguishes itself through its creative beers, its commitment to craftsmanship, and its free spirit. In 2022, it opened its own bar, Fidelity, a true haven for contemporary Irish craft beer.
