Pacory – Grimaux Farm
In the heart of the Domfront countryside, Domaine Pacory has been perpetuating a rare family tradition since 1939. Frédéric, Catherine, and Simon cultivate 1,600 standard pear and apple trees without any additives. They produce perry, cider, Calvados, and unfiltered fruit juices from heritage and local varieties. The juices are natural, sometimes sparkling, and designed for all ages. Their approach is artisanal, sincere, and sustainable, true to the Norman identity.
