Pacory – Ferme des Grimaux
In the heart of the Bocage Domfrontais, Domaine Pacory has been perpetuating a rare family craft since 1939. Frédéric, Catherine and Simon cultivate 1,600 standard trees — pear and apple — without any inputs. They produce perries, ciders, Calvados and unfiltered fruit juices from ancient and local varieties. The juices are natural, sometimes sparkling, crafted for young and old alike. An artisan, sincere and sustainable approach, true to the Norman identity.
