Mikkeller is a Danish brewery founded by Mikkel Borg Bjergsø, a former science teacher who became a brewing pioneer. A true alchemist of taste, he creates his own yeasts and original recipes. Today, his beers are exported to 40 countries and promote brewing innovation internationally.
