Childhood friends from Normandy, Pierre-Emmanuel and Xavier are reinventing the cider of their youth with SASSY. Driven by a desire to promote local, artisanal know-how, they have created a modern, elegant, and delicious non-alcoholic cider. Working with a cellar master, they pay homage to a forgotten beverage, blending tradition, naturalness, and a contemporary spirit.
