La Madura

Founded in 1999 by Nadia and Cyril Bourgne, Domaine La Madura passionately explores the richness of a "mosaic vineyard" located in the Saint-Chinian appellation. Nestled between 150 and 300 m in altitude, it combines diverse soils (schist, sandstone, clay-limestone) with varied microclimates. This complexity allows for staggered harvests to achieve ideal ripeness. Certified HVE and undergoing organic conversion, the estate produces precise, balanced wines that are true to their terroir.
