After years of pressing ginger and lemons after surfing sessions, Damien created in 2015 in San Francisco the ginger beer he had always dreamed of drinking: naturally fermented, spiced, alcohol-free. He later moved to Biarritz with his wife and founded GINGEUR, a flavourful alternative to sodas and 0% beers. Its DNA: authenticity, boldness and conviviality.
