De Sutter Brewery

Founded in 2008 by Antoine and Frédéric De Sutter, two brothers with a passion for beer, the brewery was born from home experiments and their degrees in agronomy and brewing. In 2012, they moved to Gisors to produce on a larger scale. Committed to local sourcing, the brewery focuses on short supply chains, renewable energy, and innovation. It offers distinctive beers, blending artisanal tradition with a festive spirit, from a modern facility open to the surrounding community.
