I am honored that Gueule de Joie came to meet me to introduce me to very high quality non-alcoholic beers.
Having been very pleasantly surprised and having opened my eyes to an aspect of my profession that I do not know or know very little about, it seemed obvious to me to support them in their approach, not only to help them highlight non-alcoholic beers, too often denigrated / forgotten in my opinion, but also to broaden my brewing knowledge, their friendliness doing the rest.
For me, it's all a matter of alchemy and synergy.
As a Beer Expert & Beer Sommelier, my role is to promote beer and support projects that go in this direction.
I really like the concept of pleasure without intoxication.
Today's non-alcoholic beer is increasingly "in," becoming more and more creative and uninhibited. It embraces its difference, playing with aromas and disregarding stylistic conventions. Its place in the market is that of a quality alternative. To this modernity, the alcohol-free aspect adds the promise of enjoyment.
The Gueule de Joie project is innovative
Their professionalism and serious approach inspire me to delve deeper into this lighthearted adventure, which also contributes to healthier consumption. To my knowledge, too few people pay attention to non-alcoholic beers. That's why I'm so pleased to be collaborating with Gueule de Joie.
