Alcohol-free Chardonnay 0% - Le Petit Etoilé

The Chardonnay Le Petit Étoilé is a non-fermented, organic and vegan drink. Vinified from grape must, it benefits from cold skin maceration (4 °C) followed by infusions of seeds and oak, which enrich its texture and bouquet. Clear pale yellow colour, floral nose of acacia, pear and citrus notes, with a zesty and lingering palate. A modern and refreshing expression that proves alcohol-free can go hand in hand with elegance and pleasure.

Hot pre-fermentation maceration (75°C) to accelerate the extraction of colour and tannins. Aromatic complexity is achieved through ageing by infusion of organic grape seeds and French oak.
