The Viognier-Sauvignon Effervescent 0% embodies the art of Domaine de l'Arjolle in creating festive and elegant alcohol-free wines. Made from organically grown grapes vinified in the traditional way, it is dealcoholised by vacuum evaporation to preserve its aromatic freshness. Its luminous pale yellow colour opens on a delicate nose of white flowers and citrus. The palate is lively and crisp, animated by fine, persistent bubbles. A sparkling alcohol-free wine, ideal for celebrating with elegance and lightness.

Équilibre zéro Viognier Sauvignon Effervescent is a sparkling drink made from dealcoholised grapes. The dealcoholised wines from l'Arjolle are made from grapes harvested in early September on the estate, in Pouzolles in the Hérault. The harvest is fermented between 15°C and 18°C, then aged on lees for 3 months with regular stirring. Once vinified, the wines are dealcoholised and the bubbles are added just before bottling.
