Domaine de l'Arjolle's 0% Viognier-Sauvignon Blanc is an alcohol-free white wine that combines elegance and simplicity. This alcohol-free white wine from Arjolle is made from grapes harvested in early September on the estate in Pouzolles, Hérault. The 60% Sauvignon Blanc and 40% Viognier grapes are fermented between 15°C and 18°C ​​and then aged on their lees for three months with regular stirring. Once vinified, the wine is dealcoholized and bottled.
