The Viognier-Sauvignon Blanc 0% from Domaine de l'Arjolle is an alcohol-free white wine that combines elegance and simplicity. This alcohol-free white wine from l'Arjolle is made from grapes harvested in early September on the estate, in Pouzolles in the Hérault. The 60% sauvignon blanc and 40% viognier are fermented between 15°C and 18°C, then aged on lees for 3 months with regular stirring. Once vinified, this wine is dealcoholised and bottled.
