This 0% Merlot-Grenache blend exemplifies Domaine de l'Arjolle's commitment to producing alcohol-free wines with a straightforward and delicious style. The organically grown grapes are vinified using traditional methods before undergoing dealcoholization through vacuum evaporation at low temperature, which preserves aromas and structure. The wine boasts a brilliant ruby ​​color, an expressive nose of red fruit and sweet spices, and a round, balanced palate. A sincere and generous red, ideal for enjoying with a meal or simply sharing.

This alcohol-free red wine from Arjolle is made from grapes harvested in early September on the estate in Pouzolles, Hérault. The 50% Merlot and 50% Grenache grapes are fermented between 15°C and 18°C ​​and then aged on their lees for three months with regular stirring. Once vinified, the wine is dealcoholized and bottled.
