Merlot Grenache - Non-alcoholic red wine 0% - Domaine de l'Arjolle

This 0% Merlot-Grenache illustrates Domaine de l'Arjolle's commitment to producing alcohol-free wines with a straightforward, indulgent style. The organically grown grapes are vinified using traditional methods before alcohol removal by low-temperature vacuum evaporation, which preserves the aromas and structure. The wine displays a brilliant ruby colour, an expressive nose of red fruits and gentle spices, and a rounded, well-balanced palate. A sincere and generous red, ideal at the table or for easy sharing.

This alcohol-free red wine from l'Arjolle is made from grapes harvested in early September on the estate, in Pouzolles in the Hérault. The 50% Merlot and 50% Grenache are fermented between 15°C and 18°C, then aged on the lees for 3 months with regular stirring. Once vinified, this wine is dealcoholised and bottled.
