vandeStreek is Dutch boldness: creative beers, full of flavour, accessible to everyone, with and without alcohol."
History
Passion at the origin!
It all began in 2010, when brothers Sander and Ronald van de Streek brewed every weekend in their kitchen, simply out of passion. Their curiosity drove them to experiment and venture off the beaten track. Gradually, their beers started turning heads: festivals, local breweries, discerning audiences. In 2016–2017, they set up their own brewery in Utrecht, in the Netherlands. Since then, vandeStreek has established itself as a Dutch craft reference, with national and international distribution.
Values
Creativity without compromise
vandeStreek champions boldness and sincerity: flavour, innovation, and transparency. The brand believes that beer should be full of character, even when it contains very little or no alcohol. It bets on respect — for the ingredients, the environment, and the simple pleasure of sharing. It also values sustainability: recyclable cans, solar energy, heat reuse. Its ambition: that taste pleasure should never be constrained by sobriety, but rather elevated by ingenuity.
Expertise
Playing with hops & yeasts
Their method stands out through a dual commitment: rich aromas and near-zero alcohol (≤ 0.5% for many of their alcohol-free beers). To achieve this, they use powerful American hops combined with special malts, yeasts designed to produce very little ethanol, and techniques such as dry hopping to intensify flavour without excessive bitterness. Small batches, experimentation (particularly in the "Playground" series), and the care given to each lot result in balanced, complex, and surprisingly "just the way we like them" beers.
vandeStreek - Portrait

Ronald van de Streek
"I'm Ronald van de Streek, co-founder of vandeStreek with my brother Sander. What drives me is the desire to brew differently — to break away from the norms, explore flavours, and keep learning. Since our first home experiments, I've wanted our beers to tell a story: the joy of experimenting, respect for nature, and rediscovered conviviality. My vision? That anyone can raise their glass with pride: enjoying a delicious beer, without having to choose between indulgence and sobriety."
