Charlie and Natalie, both passionate about gastronomy and drinks, met while pursuing their PhDs in food science. Natalie, unable to consume alcohol, missed food and wine pairings, which led them to explore non-alcoholic drinks with the same complexity and heritage as wine. Their inspiration came from tea — a drink capable of creating perfect harmony with food. After two years of tasting and experimenting with different teas from around the world, they finally selected their first three teas. Their mission is to bring sparkling tea to dining tables across the world, hoping that their knowledge and passion will shine through in every glass.
