Ousia is the story of three passionate individuals – Stella, Guillaume and Gonzague – brought together by their love of the aperitif. Faced with a lack of festive alcohol-free alternatives, they create surprisingly sober cocktails. Inspired by the Greek word "ousía" (essence), Ousia puts conviviality back at the heart of the aperitif moment, with sophisticated, natural and resolutely modern drinks.
