Golf India November — the name leaves no doubt as to the passion of its creators! Aviation and travel: 10 years spent in the cabin, on the passenger side for Thibault, an aeronautical engineer constantly travelling for business (and a private pilot too), and on the cabin crew side for Morgane, a flight attendant for various airlines.

Morgane discovered Gin in the air: the classic Gin & Tonic is one of the most popular refreshments among long-haul passengers, regardless of destination. Over the years, she developed a passion for the different cocktails and types of Gin she samples at hotel bars during her stopovers (in moderation and always at least 12 hours before putting her uniform back on, of course!).

Thibault quickly shared this passion, as Gin was also an ever-present drink throughout his adventures.
The duo then devoted part of their travels to discovering the plants, spices and other exotic botanicals that give each Gin its character and flavours.
