Bendorf

Behind the name Bendorf lies a French microbrewery — an urban craft beer workshop nestled in the Neudorf district, right in the heart of Strasbourg! Founded in 2013 by Benjamin Pastwa, Bendorf brewery has grown steadily, with four people now ensuring the smooth running of the young company: Benjamin, Matthieu, Félix and Soizic.

Their goal is of course to create, brew and offer for tasting high-quality beers with powerful aromas and generous hopping. At Bendorf, they love hops and love working with them in every form! Their approach is equally quality-driven. All their malt and hops are organically certified. And beyond their organic farming label, a portion of their raw ingredients is locally sourced.
