Cyril HUBERT, Beer Sommelier, Beerologist and Member of the French Beerology Team
I am honoured that Gueule de Joie reached out to me to introduce me to non-alcoholic beers of a very high quality.
Having been very pleasantly surprised, and having had my eyes opened to an aspect of my profession that I know little or nothing about, it seemed obvious to me to support them in their approach — not only to help shine a light on non-alcoholic beers, too often dismissed or overlooked in my view, but also to broaden my brewing knowledge, with their friendliness doing the rest.
For my part, it is all a matter of alchemy and synergy
As a Beerologist & Beer Sommelier, my role is to promote beer and to support projects that go in that direction.
I really like the concept of pleasure without intoxication
Today's non-alcoholic beer is now "in" — increasingly creative, uninhibited, unapologetically different, free from complexity, playing with aromas, without any concern for respecting style codes. Its place on the market is as a quality alternative. To this modernity, the non-alcoholic adds a promise of pleasure.
The Gueule de Joie project is innovative
Their professionalism and the seriousness of their approach make me want to go further in this adventure, full of lightness yet carrying real weight in a healthier approach to consumption. To my knowledge, too few people pay attention to non-alcoholic beers. That is why I take immense pleasure in collaborating with Gueule de Joie.
